τόσες μέρες κανει οταν το στελνει με dhl fedex κλπ. Tracking number ποτε πήρες; εγώ χθες παρήγγειλα και πήρα σήμερα

Κι εγώ σήμερα τα ξημερώματα πήρα track number. Χτες παρήγγειλα. Αλλά δε βγάζω άκρη με τι το έστειλε. Ξεκινάει απο EX00... Το δικο μου. Το mail που μου έστειλε λέει οτι αν ξεκινάει με νούμερα 0,8 η 5 έρχεται με το εκάστοτε courier.

Αρα τελική τιμη 410 € το ΚΙΝΗΤΟ το 32ari .

Μπορούμε να χρησιμοποιήσουμε την υπηρεσια f2me με το ανωτέρω site η οποία ειναι άκρως αξιόπιστη κ να μας έρθει Ελλάδα το ΚΙΝΗΤΟ

Τελικη τιμη με μεταφορικα θα βγει 450€ μάξιμουμ !!

δεν το ήξερα το digivire, είναι όντως τόσο καλό;

Λοιπόν, επειδή έχουν αναφερθεί διάφορα για το digivire, όπως πχ ότι δε δίνει απόδειξη, ότι δε στέλνει ευρωπαϊκό τηλέφωνο κλπ, παραθέτω το διάλογο που είχα μαζί τους στο ebay (διαβάζεται από κάτω προς τα πάνω). Σε συνδυασμό με το περιστατικό φίλου που λέει ότι ανταποκρίθηκαν αμέσως σε πρόβλημα της συσκευής του, θεωρώ ότι είναι αρκετά αξιόπιστοι. Σημειώνω ότι μου τόνισε πως δίνουν απόδειξη με ΙΜΕΙ κανονικά, και αν κάποιος αγόρασε από αυτούς και δεν πήρε απόδειξη με ΙΜΕΙ ζητάει συγγνώμη, και να τη ζητήσουν μέσω email στο site (όχι με chat) ή μέσω μηνύματος στο ebay:

As much as we try to buy European Models only (for warranty reasons), our suppliers do sometimes come across deals from the Asian market that are, price wise, better for our customers so we would like to pass on these great deals. I understand your point however that LG (Europe) in this case would not cover warranty if it is a Asian model phone, even though this does not affect the brilliant quality and features of the phone this can be quite frustrating if the customer would like to have this dealt with by themselves and from a local service repair centre. I can however tell you that we do deal with our warranty cases very quick and do try to minimize the time it takes for a phone to get repaired. My only option for you would be that if you really would like a European model, we can try to put in a request to have this sent to you, however it is not guaranteed so we would not like to make any promises on this.

I hope I have answered all your questions satisfactorily and if you need any further assistance please feel free to contact us. Again on my behalf if you could please apologize to those who have been affected and tell them to speak to me here on eBay if they require an invoice with the IMEI on it.

Dear digivire,

Thank you for your reply. I trust you that the phone will work perfectly in Europe, given that it is the D802 model. I am not challenging you about this.

I do though have a follow-up question regarding the model. If you are shipping the European model, i.e. the model destined for distribution in EU countries, then according to EU law I can go to any LG service point within the EU to deal with warranty issues.

On the other hand, if you are distributing say the Asian model, although the phone will work in Europe, the European service points of LG won't cover my warranty and as you said I will have to send the phone to you to deal with any issues. This will however result in extra delays, as sending the phone to the UK (to you) and receiving it back will take an additional say week, during which I will be left without a phone (all this in case there is something faulty with the device, which is not probable, but I want to be certain what I am buying).

So could you please confirm the model you are distributing, by providing let's say the model number? For example, model number LGD802.A6DEBK is the German one.

I am not saying that I won't buy from you if the model is not European, given that you offer a very competitive price, but I want to have all the data before I make my decision.

The conversation in the community forum is in Greek, a link won't help you. I will though ask the persons involved to contact you through ebay to resolve this, as what they refer to happened via live chat through your website.

In short what they said was that the package they received did not include an invoice, and when they requested one through your live chat, your employees did only send something very quick and dirty, without an IMEI on it, and refused to send one with the IMEI printed on it, always pointing out (politely) that this isn't a problem because you will be dealing with any warranty issues yourselves and the customer does not need an invoice with IMEI anyway

Hi. I am interested in the LG G2 32GB. The question I have is about the model you are selling. Is this the European one, i.e. will the warranty be covered by LG's service points in Europe, or is it the Asian model, in which case I will have to send it back to you alone if anything goes wrong? Another question I have is regarding the receipt/invoice. Some people in community forums in Greece who have bought from you have claimed that no receipt came with the package, and you used some excuses not to give a receipt (e.g. system failure etc.). You state explicitly in your page that the receipt is proof of warranty. If I buy from you, I want a confirmation that I will receive a receipt which will have the IMEI of the device clearly written on it.

Έχει αναφερθεί το θέμα πολλάκις και στο παρόν thread, υπάρχει πάντα η πιθανότητα, και κανένας δεν μπορεί να σου εγγυηθεί ότι δεν θα συμβεί. Είναι το ρίσκο που παίρνεις παραγγέλνοντας εκτός Ε.Ε., ελπίζοντας ότι δεν θα χρειαστεί να πληρώσεις και τα επιπλέον import/duty/taxes charges.

Και πρέπει να πω ότι το συγκεκριμένο site μου έχει κάνει πολύ καλή εντύπωση, καταρχήν γιατί είτε είναι μορφωμένοι κινέζοι, είτε είναι άγγλοι/αμερικάνοι/αυστραλοί που κάνουν δουλειά από την Κίνα. Και κατά δεύτερον γιατί παρέχουν όλες τις πληροφορίες και φαίνεται ότι το αντιμετωπίζουν πολύ επαγγελματικά το θέμα "υποστήριξη" :cool:

Λέω δεν μου έχει ξανά τύχει να περιμένω πάνω από 3 εργάσιμες για δέμα EMS και λέει ότι υπάρχει μεγάλος φόρτος και ότι υπάρχει μόνο ένας Εκτελωνιστής για αυτό υπάρχει και η καθυστέρηση. Λέω πόσο διάστημα υπολογίζεται να περάσει το δέμα και λέει μέχρι το τέλος της βδομάδας λογικά θα φύγει.

Και λέω εγώ τώρα πως γίνεται στην ίδια αποστολή με τον φίλο Polter να πέρασε αέρα το δικό του και εγώ να πάω για 4τη εργάσιμη.

Αν τσιμπήθηκε όπως λες δεν έπρεπε να ενημερωθώ τουλάχιστον να ξέρω αν πληρώσω δασμούς ή όχι;

Αν το τσίμπησαν, τότε μπαίνει σε ένα queue προς έλεγχο από τον -έναν όπως σου είπαν- εκτελωνιστή των ΕΛΤΑ. Κοινώς ένα-ένα πάνε τα πακέτα, φαντάσου πόσα πρέπει να ελέγξει...εμένα σε αντίστοιχη περίπτωση με πήρε τηλέφωνο ο ίδιος ο εκτελωνιστής 4-5 μέρες μετά την άφιξη στο αεροδρόμιο για να του στείλω το χαρτί του paypal για να μην χάνει/ω/ουμε χρόνο, δηλαδή να υπολογίσει κατευθείαν το ποσό βάσει απόδειξης paypal και να στείλει το πακέτο μαζί με την χρέωση...

Για όσους ενδιαφέρονται, ακόμα και σε αυτή τη περίπτωση υπάρχει λύση (μέσω Paypal προφανώς) απλώς θα πρέπει να δεχτεί ο πωλητής να γίνει διπλή πληρωμή (με σημαντική έκπτωση στην μία εξ'αυτών ;) )...υπάρχει όμως σοβαρός κίνδυνος να τον μπλοκάρει το Paypal (και εσάς), γι'αυτό και δεν το κάνουν....

Όχι αν είναι να μπλέξουμε καλύτερα να στείλω την απόδειξη. Έχω δει και κάποιους να πειράζουν και την απόδειξη του Paypal μακριά μία στραβή να γίνει τον ήπιες μετά.. Σε ένα κινητό άξιας 400€ με δηλωμένη αξία 90$ που είχα παραγγείλει πριν 3 χρόνια από ebay από Αμερική ήρθε ραβασάκι μαζί με το δέμα 100€ και δεν με πήρε κανένας τηλ. Βαριά 120 με 150 να δώσω η αξία βγαίνει 425€ με μεταφορικά δλδ 35% της αξίας του δέματος για τους δασμούς κάπου εκεί βγαίνει.

Απλώς το αναφέρω σαν λύση, όποιος θέλει να την επιλέξει προφανώς παίρνει και το ρίσκο του (εγώ δεν την έχω επιλέξει ποτέ πάντως...). Το συνολικό ποσό πάει για την ακρίβεια 31,5% επί της συνολικής (αγορά+μεταφορικά) αξίας του πακέτου, είτε βάσει τιμολογίου/απόδειξης (αν υπάρχει μέσα στο κουτί, αλλιώς τηλέφωνο για να τη στείλετε εσείς) είτε βάσει γρήγορου/βιαστικού ελέγχου που κάνει ο εκτελωνιστής googleάροντας το όνομα της συσκευής στην χώρα προέλευσης.

πάντως παιδιά τα τηλεφωνα του κινέζου απ ότι κατάλαβα προορίζονται για χώρες ευρωπαικής ένωσης. αν ισχυσει εγγυηση απο την lg για τα 32αρια στην Ελλαδα θα ισχύει και για όσους πήραν απ τον κινέζο

Ο κινέζος στέλνει την ασιατική έκδοση, γιατί τον ρώτησα. Και αν τύχει πρόβλημα, το στέλνεις πίσω στο Hong Kong.

Δυστυχως φιλε μου το θεμα θηκες,ειναι πονεμενη ιστορια.Δυσκολα βρισκεις και χωρις να ειναι καρακιτσαριο.Πρσωπικα αναγκαστηκα και παρηγγειλα sgp αφου περιμενω ηδη το refund απο rearth.Καπου ειχε παρει το ματι μου μια στο amazon.co.uk αλλα ηταν preorder.Γραψε lg g2 pouch και θα στη βγαλει νομιζω
