I renewed the package myself (without visiting a store) on June 28, 2025. I also got only unlimited data for a year, no minutes.

I sent an SMS with content "SHOP12M" to the number 1330. The cost is 130,90€. It applies only for Frog numbers which have the special offer available.

The minutes were for the first 12 months

In order to activate the package, you need a credit of 130,90€. This amount remains in your card balance, if you recharge at least 144€. However, if you are 15 to 29 years old, or if you have also a fixed Cosmote connection, you can avoid paying the 10% tax and therefore, you can buy the package by recharging only 131€.

If the balance reaches 144,sent an SMS with content "SHOP12M" to the number 1330. The cost is 130,90€.

That's it? It's much more convenient without going to the store.

You could call a shop first to make sure

Exactly! It is not necessary for the balance to reach 144€. It is enough to reach 130,90€ (net amount), or 144€ tax included.

I have activated the offer from frog store for unlimited mb, unlimited talk minutes and 200 sms per month for a year (Christmas offer) at 03/01 via number portability (temporarily moved the number to different carrier), and i just tried to send the sms SHOP12M to 1330. I get the response THIS OFFER IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR YOU NUMBER (i don't have the credit balance, i did it to experiment what response i get from the system). That means that i cannot activate the offer via SMS because is not a new number issued from frog store but an old number from portability?

(Μπορώ να μιλήσω ελληνικά, απλά το στέλνω αγγλικά και για τους αγγλόφωνους φίλους του forum).

Να ρωτήσω, έχω ένα whatsup, μέλος Magenta One, που του κάνω πολύ μικρή χρήση, κυρίως μεταξύ των μελών της οικογένειας και εισερχόμενες, λίγες εξερχόμενες προς τρίτους.
Με συμφέρει να το αλλάξω σε frog; Τι θα κέρδιζα;
