Εκτός κι αν είχαν/(έχουν?) κάποια μοντέλα που προορίζονταν για beta testing αλλά και πάλι, το κατά πόσο νόμιμο είναι αυτό.. Καλύτερα να κάνουμε λίγη υπομονή, να έρθουν και τα επίσημα press releases της SE και τότε τα πράγματα θα είναι απλούστερα. Τώρα πολλοί απατεωνίσκοι εκμεταλλεύονται το γεγονός ότι κάποιοι το θέλουν πολύ στην κατοχή τους το κινητό και "βαράνε" όσο δεν πάει. Τελικά καθυστερεί λόγω UIQ3 (που όπως λέχθηκε εδώ είναι beta) ή λόγω του ότι πρεπει να κυκλοφορήσουνε κάποια προγράμματα 3d party προηγουμένως.
