i) Smartphone keyboard control changed:

when lookup keyword: left/right arrow key can control the input cursor, up/down arrow key can scroll the keyword list

when watching lookup content: Arrow key to control content window scrolling.

Keyboard shortcut:

1,3: History previous/next

2,8: Screen pageup/pagedown

4,6: Previous/Next

5: select next link(Simulate Tab key)

7,9: Home/End

Bug fixed:

a) Fix word pickup under PIE in WM5

b) Fix window size won't auto adjusted when rotating screen

c) To avoid confliction with other program, disable hardware button word pickup by default.

d) Double click on the title of popup window can switch to the main window even can't find pick up word

e) Fix input box two small for QVGA smartphone.

Pocket Camera 1.0

PocketCamera is a small but smart application for the SPV C600 smartphone. In one moment it can turn your phone into an internet camera, spy camera or simply a camera with time releaser. Thanks to PocketCamera take photos in cycles defined by time intervals or on request by sending any SMS with triggering command. The captured pictures (size and resolution can be fully configured) can be saved or send to a selected e-mail address. In the second case, remember about proper setting the selected e-mail account so that the phone could establish connection with the post server to send the e-mail. Potential use of the application is remote surveillance and supervision of people and places.

Application’s possibilities:

• Making photos in cycles (every 1-60 minutes)
  
• Possibility of triggering the camera by sending any SMS from selected phone numbers
  
• Choice of picture quality and resolution (from 160x120 to 1280x1024 pixels)
  
• Possibility of sending photos via e-mail
  
• Application may close itself after making selected number of pictures or when battery is discharged to a certain level.

Ήρθε η ώρα να ψαχτώ και για SMS160 μιας και όλοι μου οι φίλοι πρόσεξαν ότι άλλαξα κινητό, αφού ή γράφω λίγα ή λαμβάνουν δυο μηνύματα...

Καταρχήν το Link του φίλου elteo δεν δουλεύει πια, οπότε αν είναι εύκολο δώστε κάποιο καινούργιο.

Οι εφαρμογές για SMS160, νομίζω ότι διάβασα σε κάποιο thread ότι δημιουργούν conflict με κάποιο άλλο πρόγραμμα, αλλά δεν θυμάμαι ακριβώς γαμώτο. Ξέρει κανείς κάτι σχετικό;

Μήπως έχει κυκλοφορήσει τίποτα καινούργιο;

Έψαχνα μήπως υπάρχει και κανένα patch που να διορθώνει το ελληνικό πληκτρολόγιο των Microsoft Smartphones και να το κάνει όπως των Nokia αλλά τζίφος...

To έκανα upload εδώ, αφού είναι freeware και δεν υπάρχει πρόβλημα.

Είμαστε στην αναμονή για ένα νέο πολύ καλό πρόγράμμα που υπάρχει ήδη για PPCs.

johner σε ευχαριστώ πολύ για το upload.

Δυστυχώς υπάρχουν πάρα πολλά προγράμματα για PPC που δε υπάρχουν ακόμα για MS Smartphones.

Για παράδειγμα έφαγα τρομερό κόλλημα όταν είδα το Wi-Fi Companion και ζήλεψα που δεν υπάρχει για Smartphones, όπως επίσης και ήλπιζα για τον Resco Explorer ότι θα έχει υποστήριξη για Wi-Fi Browsing αλλά τουλάχιστον μέχρι την έκδοση 5.30 που εγκατέστησα κάτι τέτοιο δεν ισχύει.

Ελπίζω το μέλλον να μας επιφυλάσσει καλύτερες μέρες με περισσότερες εφαρμογές και όλα αυτά πριν οι μαμά Microsoft αλλάξει το λειτουργικό και αρχίσουμε να ψαχνόμαστε με τις ασυμβατότητες...

Σίγουρα η ποικιλία εφαρμογών που είναι διαθέσιμες για PPCs δεν συγκρίνεται με αυτή των Smartphones. Ωστόσο κάθε μέρα βγαίνουν νέες και ενδιαφέρουσες εφαρμογές.

Κάποια στιγμή θα δούμε και αυτό που λες. Άλλωστε η αγορά των Smartphones είναι ακόμη μικρή, αλλά συνεχώς μεγαλώνει.

Σίγουρα περιμένουμε καλύτερες μέρες!:)

Που είδες πως χρεώνει τα update;

Είμαι χρήστης του destinator. Μόλις πριν 10 μέρες βγήκε update και το πήρα τσάμπα. Αν τώρα εννοείς την τυπική-κόστους χρέωση από το d3 στο pn, ήταν μια αστεία χρέωση που άλλαζε όλο το λειτουργικό τους και προερχόταν από τη μαμά εταιρεία.

Τώρα, αν θεωρεί κανείς ακριβό το να έχει με 165ευρώ πλήρες σύστημα πλοήγησης και διάφορες άλλες ευκολίες που παρέχονται από την εταιρεία ή και από τους χρήστες, είναι δικό του θέμα και το αξιολογεί ανάλογα.

Σχόλια: Δοκιμασμένο σε Qtek 8310 δουλεύει άψογα!

Είναι αρκετά εντυπωσιακό να έχει κανείς ένα πρόγραμμα σαν το Google Earth ασύρματα (προσωπικά χρησιμοποίηση WiFi) στο κινητό του. Από Ελλάδα περιέχει λεπτομερέστατους οδικούς χάρτες, στια αεροφωτογραφίες όμως η κλίμακα ανεβαίνει αρκετά.

Edit: Να σημειώσω ότι δυστηχώς ότι αν και διαθέτει δυνατότητα σύνδεσης με GPS, δεν κατάφερα να συνδεθω με το δικό μου GPS [Fortuna Slim].
