On Thursday, we showed you a leaked picture that was characterized as the "real" Xiaomi Mi 5. As it turns out, that might very well have been a legitimate leak. New press renders that surfaced today claim to show the Xiaomi Mi 5 in various colors, and the phones appear to match the image of the Mi 5 that we showed you the other day.

According to the latest speculation, we expect to see a 5.2-inch display on the new flagship. Some are calling for a 1440 x 2560 resolution, while others expect a 1080 x 1920 display. Either way, the Snapdragon 820 SoC should be under the hood, with a quad-core CPU and the Adreno 530 GPU. 4GB of RAM is inside, along with 16GB/64GB of native storage. A fingerprint scanner is embedded inside the home button.

A 16MP camera will be adorning the back of the phone, while an 8MP front-facing snapper handles selfies and video chats. The generator keeps humming thanks to the 3030mAh battery inside. The phone is expected to be priced at 1999 Yuan, which works out to $309 USD.

We could see a larger Xiaomi Mi 5 Plus unveiled at the same time as the Mi 5 is. This model will offer a larger 5.5 or 5.7-inch screen, carrying a 1440 x 2560 resolution. Once again, the Snapdragon 820 chipset is under the hood. 4GB of RAM and 32GB of eMMC storage is included. We once again should see a rear-facing 16MP camera, with a front-facing 8MP snapper. This phone also will have a fingerprint scanner embedded in the home button, and will be priced at 2500 Yuan or $387 USD.

Έτσι μαλιστα.

Αν αυτό παραπάνω είναι το τελικό σχέδιο τότε είναι πολύ καλυτερο.

Το σημαντικότερο είναι η κυρτη οθόνη, το μεταλλικο πλαίσιο περιμετρικα, και η επίπεδη πλατη. Λογικά στην πραγματικότητα θα κάνει έναν πανέμορφο συνδιασμο..

Οκ θα πουν πολλοί πως το σχέδιο είναι απλά ο συνδυασμός του s6 στην μπροστινη όψη και του iPhone στην οπισθια.

Αλλά αυτό για μένα προσωπικά είναι παρά παρα πολύ θετικο.

Παίρνεις τα καλύτερα στοιχεία design της βιομηχανίας τα συγχωνευεις, φτιάχνεις ένα τέλειο πακέτο εξωτερικα και μάλιστα με κορυφαίας ποιότητας υλικά, εσωτερικά χρησιμοποιείς ότι καλύτερο υπάρχει αυτή τη στιγμή στην αγορα, και όλα αυτά -με βάση ότι γνωρίζουμε ως τωρα- τα τιμολογεις στην χαμηλότερη δυνατή τιμη. (Λογικά θα φτάσει στα χέρια μας κοντά στα 360€)

(Αν το τραβήξουμε αρκετά σε ιδεολογική επιπεδο, τότε μιλάμε για ένα φοβερό μάθημα φιλελευθερισμού από την κομ*****στικη Κινα απέναντι σε εταιρείες που έχουν δημιουργήσει τη σχολή του μονοπωλιακου καπιταλισμου χτιζοντας εμπόδια και στρεβλωσεις στην ελεύθερη λειτουργία της αγοράς με μοναδικό και απόλυτο σκοπό τη μεγιστοποιηση του κερδους-ξαναλεω αν το τραβήξουμε αρκετά .)

Μάλλον θα μείνω ακόμη στο κινέζικο τρενο.

η συσκευή δεν ξέρω αν θα είναι έτσι και δεν σχολιάζω αυτό αλλά το βίντεο τρώει μπανάνες.

Ας έρθει στην τιμή που το περιμένουμε ( 350-400$ ) κι ας είναι και άσχημο εμφανισιακά. ( αν και εμένα μου αρέσει και εμφανισιακά αλλά γούστα είναι αυτά )

Εχουμε δει καμια 10 διαφορετικα μοντελα ως teaser του κινητου.. χαχαχαχ

σιγα μη ειναι ετσι το τελικο αποτελεσμα.

Δεν ξέρω αν είναι αυτό στις τελευταίες φώτο.

Αν πάντως είναι αυτό,λυπάμαι,αλλά πισωγύρισμα σαν εμφάνιση.

Here’s The Xiaomi Mi 5 In Its Box Featuring Thin Bezels & Front Fingerprint

Xiaomi has confirmed that the Xiaomi Mi 5 flagship will meet us at the February 24 Spring Conference in China. After more than 1.5 years of waiting, fans will finally get to see the new flagship, which will reportedly be one of the best smartphones from the company till date.

However, even before the release, we had seen a few renders of the device, which showed us that the phone will most likely come with a front facing physical home button with fingerprint sensor. Now, the same phone has leaked once again, but this time in its box. The design seems to be the same as the earlier leaks, so this could be the real deal.

This leak further confirms that the Xiaomi Mi 5 will come with a 2.5D glass design. The bezels are also quite narrow, so the screen to body ratio should be impressive. One important thing to note here is that Xiaomi has ditched the traditional brown recycled box design in its recent smartphones, yet the new Mi 5 is shown in this box. So, this may not be the box that the phone will be shipped.

As for the specs, the Xiaomi Mi 5 is expected to come with a 5-inch FHD 1080p display with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Under the hood, it’s confirmed to feature the powerful Snapdragon 820 quad-core chipset. Other possible features include 16MP rear camera, 8MP front-facing shooter, a large 4000mAh battery, fingerprint ID and Hi-Fi audio.

Πότε θα κάνουν επίσημη ανακοίνωση για το mi5; Να το δούμε εμφανισιακά...;

Κάπου γύρω στις 21 Φεβρουαρίου δεν είναι; Ή κάπου εκεί τελοσπάντων. Μέχρι στιγμής ακούγονται τιμές από 300 μέχρι 450 δολάρια ανάλογα με το κάθε ένα από τα 4 μοντέλα που αναμένονται.

Εννοείται 4GB/64GB δαγκωτό, κατά προτίμηση 2.5D για το μπούγιο και μόνο.

edit: α, τώρα είδα το παραπάνω post για 24/2. Έχει μέλλον ακόμα, πριν τα μέσα Μάρτη δεν το βλέπω να το έχουμε στα χέρια μας (και αν...)
