Mio Technology is said to prepare the release of two new GPS-enabled PDA: the P360 and P560. The models are likely to replace the P350 and P550 released last year. All we know is that both devices are powered by Windows Mobile 6. They feature touchscreen LCD, embedded GPS-antenna, SD/MMC slot, miniUSB connector and support of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 2.0. Nokia licensed the VibeTonz Nokia has licensed the VibeTonz from Immersion. The VibeTonz is a tactile feedback system, it can be used to play games, listen to the music or ringtones and so on. Under the agreement Nokia will supply devices supporting the VibeTonz service worldwide. This application enables communication of smartphones with Microsoft Exchange corporate servers (mail sync, calendar events, contacts) via ActiveSync protocol. The version was updated to N-series devices, at least the N95 download catalog now contains Mail for Exchange. The new version supports PointSec4 and can synchronize fields of VoIP-contacts, OMA DM can set "Always-On" even when password is missing (the user can add password manually, or at first manual sync attempt the user will be prompted for password).
