The new F 139, designed by Pininfarina, sits on the shortened platform of the Ferrari 612 Scaglietti, which makes the next 575 M considerably bigger, providing a roomier passenger cabin and a larger luggage compartment. The engine, based on the 5,75 litre V 12 48 valves powerplant from the Scaglietti, has been out-bored to 6.0 litre and will deliver between 580 and 600 HP. Top speed rates around 320 km/h, acceleration 4,2 sec/0-100 km/h, and it is expected to cost around Eur 200.000.

Spy Photos: Honda NSX http://www.imageshack.gr/images/kzynvilxdnzzlmnfezyz.jpg If you think this looks like an Honda S2000 that’s been in the TV show Pimp my Ride, you're absolutely correct. Except this car is pimped by Honda themselves to hide the new Honda NSX underneath. While the old NSX was a mid-engined car, the new one will get a 5.0 liter V10 under its front hood, although highly improbably that this S2000 mule is equipped with such. This mule was spotted while driving around at the Nürburgring for some high-speed testing. When it comes to testing their own super sports cars, the Japanese car manufacturers' benchmark car of choice is the Porsche 997 Turbo. Toyota uses it with the LF-A, Nissan with the GT-R and now also Honda with the new NSX. These three car manufacturers are fighting for bragging rights in Japan for this market segment, but more importantly, credibility in the rest of the world. The Japanese manufacturers have already proven their competitiveness with small and mid-size volume models and now seek to conquer the niche sports and luxury markets currently dominated by the Germans. If the production version NSX looks anything like the Advanced Sports Car Concept shown at the North American International Auto Show in the beginning of 2007, then it is destined to be one of the hottest cars on the Japanese market. However, acceptance elsewhere might be more difficult particularly in North America where the media has already criticized it as being bland. Since the North American market is priority for such a vehicle, it is rumored that Honda has shredded this concept and gone back to the drafting board, according to Winding Road. However, if we look at these latest S2000 mule spy photos, one could speculate, the ASC concept design is, in fact, alive and well as seen in the stacked exhaust set-up, which looks very similar to the placement on the concept. Another mysterious detail we noticed in these photos is that the testers from Honda are playing a little game. Maybe just an innocent mistake, but this mule has different Great Britain license plates in the front and back. It's a bit curious for a left hand drive car.

Debuting as the IROC Concept sports coupe at the 2006 Paris Motor Show, the concept car’s name, IROC, is taken from the middle letters of the name Scirocco. The new Scirocco is expected to keep the bold, aggressive look of the IROC. During the IROC's debut VW noted that a production model was planned to follow. Now these latest photos from Death Valley capture a prototype of the new coupe as it undergoes hot weather testing. Under the skin, the Scirocco will share the powertrain and platform of the Volkswagen Eos convertible. The Scirocco is a revival of the sporty hatchback coupe that Volkswagen sold in Europe from 1975 to 1991 and in the US until 1988. During that time, the Scirocco went through two model generations and now, 20 years later, maintains a dedicated cult following. The successor of the Scirocco was the short lived Corrado from 1992 to 1996. The Corrado was an excellent car but its high price tag during a time when consumers weren't responding to small sport coupes caused VW execs to kill it prematurely. Now, with the success of the GTI and Golf R32, VW feels the time is right to bring back such a vehicle. A convertible with folding hard-top will go on the market and compete directly against the Mercedes SL-Class. Looks like history repeating itself as VW takes another stab at the premium market (i.e. Phaeton I vs. S-Class). The Phaeton received rave reviews for its build quality, technology and value. It was/is a superb car. However, it seemed the Phaeton failed to connect with consumers, especially in the US where the VW brand image was less than perfect. It was a difficult sales pitch selling an upmarket vehicle for the first time in a brand which was plagued with quality issues and a difficult dealer network. Hopefully, VW has learned from their mistakes. Rumors about the next generation Phaeton are going in two different directions. Some sources say a shared platform with Porsche's Panamera will be utilized, while others say it will be based on the new Audi platform that will be used for the new A6 and A8. The Phaeton hasn’t been the big success that VW expected, but with the next generation and its expansion by adding a Phaeton Coupe Convertible as well as a rumored 4-door Coupe (i.e. Mercedes CLS) to the model range, the car maker is hoping for more success. With the Mercedes SL-Class selling very well, VW is aiming to tap into this market and persuade some of those buyers to make the Phaeton line-up finally profitable. The pictures are revealing a very first test mule for the new CC model based on a shorter and wider Audi A8 body. When the testers noticed the photographer, they went into high alert. Then the prototype disappeared immediately inside a truck, and the engineers did their best to stop the photographer from taking anymore pictures. So this is the only set of photos existing at this time.

Όντος δεν έχει καμία εμφανής διαφορά :(. Αλλά για να έβγαλαν νέα αναβάθμιση όλο και κάτι θα διορθώνει.. ακόμα και εάν δεν είναι εμφανείς ;). Κατά την δικιά μου γνώμη είναι να γίνονται η νέες αναβαθμίσεις :cool:.

Στην ουσία είναι ένα Ρ3300 ΧΩΡΙΣ GPS και ραδιόφωνο, και κάπως διαφορετική εμφάνιση. Δες καλύτερα το P3300 που έχει και GPS ;).

Spy Photos: Ferrari F430 http://www.imageshack.gr/images/wgzugl2jzt0nmnmtmmbm.jpg Ferrari has started the development of the all important mid-engined F430 model successor. First test mules are based on the, yet to be released, F430 Challenge Stradale and have now started to rack up test kilometres on the Fiorano test track as well as the winding mountain roads around the Maranello headquarters. According to the spy photographer, he managed to get shots of the fully finalized model! Unfortunately, it is hidden under a red cover spotted from a long distance and he was not able to get a shot with it off. Nevertheless, this image gives evidence that the work is much more advanced than previously thought, and the eagerly awaited new model could debut before the end of 2008. For some time, it was speculated that Ferrari would opt for a V10 engine in order to match the Lamborghini Gallardo. However, since Formula 1 regulations went back to using V8's, Ferrari decided to stay with the proven configuration for the F430 successor. Some of our sources from within the Ferrari factory have hinted to a supposed 5.4 litres of displacement. However, from an engineering point of view, a more moderate, figure-inverted, 4.5 litres seems much more likely. More interestingly, as a result of the increased engine displacement, Ferrari, through their extensive experience in Formula 1 and track-based Ferrari FXX are planning to raise the maximum rev limit from 9,500 to 10,000 rpm with output in excess of 370 kW / 500 hp. From these spy photos we can see this prototype has camouflaged lateral air scoops in the side of the front bumper fascia (in front of the front wheels) which alludes to an improved braking system which requires increased cooling capabilities. Also, we can see enlarged and flared lateral air intakes in front of the rear wheels which suggests increased cooling needs of a larger engine. Lastly, a revised and partly camouflaged flow efficient rear skirt and exhaust setup all derived from the Challenge Stradale can be seen. A radical new styling scheme, the new option of all-wheel drive, reduced body weight and improved handling from innovative adaptive suspension damping will all mark important aspects in bringing Ferrari well ahead in the competition with the Lamborghini Gallardo and Audi R8/RS8. And in this respect, the new Ferrari cannot be released too soon, although the current F430 is still a fantastic car and virtually sold out.

SPY Photos: BMW X6 4x4 Coupe http://www.imageshack.gr/images/yz4jjm2htdwmi1uzmqxz.jpg In 2008 BMW will launch its much discussed all-new four-door all-wheel-drive Coupe currently dubbed, X6. The X6 is said to offer the mechanics and four-wheel-drive system from BMWʼs X5 SUV while its body styling is of a more elegant coupe design. Just a few days ago we revealed shots of the X6's sloping rear end which was caught during extreme hot weather testing in Death Valley, which consequently, disabled the vehicle. Following up on this same encounter, these latest photos show the same X6 prototype being trailed off to the engineers garage for repair. But more importantly we can see here the first shot of the front interior and dashboard. The prototype appears to have less ground clearance than the X5 and is slightly longer. As seen in the previous story linked above, the boxy rear end disguise is hiding a sloping roof line. The X6 will have sportier handling and greater driving dynamics than the X5 while the latter can seat up to seven passengers, the X6 is going to be a strict four seater. BMW is expected to use the most powerful engines from the X3 and X5 series including the new 3.0 liter diesel bi-turbo delivering 286 HP and the 367 HP 4.8 liter V8 petrol engine. Some time later a turbo V8 engine delivering 420 HP will provide the X6 with even more performance, thus another serious rival against Porsche will be on the road from next year forward.
