[Windows Tablets] Νέα και γενική συζήτηση!

και ενα πληκτρολογιο της προκοπης παρακαλω που ουτε κουμπι για να αλλαζουμε γρηγορα τη γλωσσα δεν εχει. ωρες ωρες απορω βλαμμενοι ειναι? δεν χρησιμοποιουν αυτα που φτιαχνουν να δουν αν ειναι βολικα??

Ε μα δεν κοιτάζουν να βελτιωθούν στα ουσιώδη και κοιτάζουν φρου φρου και αρώματα.

Το start menu τους μαρανε που γκρέμισανε ένα τρομερά βολικό touch UI που δεν επηρέαζε καθόλου την ντεσκτοπ πλευρά και απλά ήθελε κάποια tweaks επιπλέον να καταστεί άψογο 100%.

Τώρα προσπαθούνε σε μια κατσαρόλα να τα βάλουν όλα μέσα και βλέποντας και κάνοντας με προσθέσεις/αφαιρέσεις πραγμάτων σαν αρχάριοι μάγειροι που κάνουν εξάσκηση από την θεωρία στην πράξη.

 

Δεν κοιτάζουν να πάρουν από ios/android το πληκτρολόγιο η το t9 και έχουν αυτό το αίσχος σήμερα.

Τα έχουν κάνει ένα μίγμα από WP/ios/android που τίποτα δεν κολλάει σωστά στο περιβάλλον.

Το αντιγράφουν που το αντιγράφουν ας το κάνουν ολοκληρωμένα τουλάχιστον και όχι αυτό το πράγμα σήμερα.

Το θεωρείς εφικτο διότι η notification center την θεωρώ ξένο σώμα για τα windows έτσι όπως είναι.

Η Apple στο osx είναι πολύ μπροστά θα έλεγα στην δικιά της υλοποίηση,ισως η MS θα έπρεπε να την αντιγράψει.

Νομιζω με κανενα πειραγμα της registry κατι μπορει να γινει!

Σιγουρα καποια πατεντα θα βρουν,δε διαφερουν ιδιεταιρα τα win8.x απο τα win10!

The first Skylake chip is expected to be Core M, designed to be used in Windows as well as Android tablets and hybrids.

 

The first Skylake PCs are expected to be available in the second half this year. Dell, for example, has said it will launch Skylake laptops in that time frame. Intel’s chips are used by most PC makers.

 

Intel is expecting big graphics performance improvements, longer laptop battery life, and better CPU performance with the new chips. Skylake will also allow users to wirelessly charge laptops, connect to monitors, and transfer data to peripherals.

Ελπιζω για το SP4 να επιλεξουν τους i-core και μαλιστα καποιο με την Iris GPU!

Πιθανον το φτηνο μοντελο να ειναι με M-core και τα 2 πιο ακριβα με i5&i7,οπου αυτο με i7 να ειναι με την Iris!

Φοβαμαι οτι μονο το i7 θα το ντυσουν και λογικα θα συνδυαζεται με 8/16gb ram και 512gb ssd και θα παει στο Θεο η τιμη του!

Εγω προσωπικα θα καλυφθω απολυτα απο το φθηνο με Core M αρκει να βαλουν 128ssd και εννοειται θα φανε ακυρο αν βαλουν τους παρον επεξεργαστες!

In my time with the Venue 11 Pro, what has defined the tablet is not the hardware itself, but the accessories. Dell offers such a range of options that the tablet can be anything from a desktop PC, to a clamshell laptop, to a very portable mobile device. They really have hit all of the options which gives the customers a lot of choice in what they want to do with this device.

 

The Dell Venue 11 Pro tablet, when considered as a pure tablet, has some shortcomings due to the very nature of what makes it an excellent hybrid device. At 10.8 inches in screen diameter, it never felt too big to use as a tablet, but the extra thickness and mass of it make it hard to compete against some of the pure tablets out there. It does use the extra size to great effect though, with the Venue 11 Pro packing a full personal computer into its chassis. These are not tablet parts inside, with a Core processor, 8 GB of memory, and a Solid State Drive at the heart of this device. The performance is quite a bit better than pretty much all other fanless tablets around

 

We have evaluated Core M in detail, and the Venue 11 Pro really pushes Core M to the limit of what it is capable of, but that does not take away from the performance that is there. Compared to a Bay Trail Atom powered tablet, there really is no competition. The performance delta between Bay Trail and Broadwell, even in similar power envelopes, is massive. For what it was meant to do, Core M delivers outstanding performance in a fanless tablet. Once you start comparing it to higher TDP Core parts, it can fall down a bit, but none of them can be used in a fanless device like this one. It will be curious to see how it compares to the Cherry Trail based Atom cores that have just started to appear in devices such as the Microsoft Surface 3.

 

Using the Venue 11 Pro on a day to day basis never really felt like it was a tablet. The combination of plenty of memory, a SSD, and Core M, really made it feel like a proper ultrabook. Battery life was also quite good considering the compact size and relatively small battery inside. Adding the mobile keyboard dock increases battery life to great levels.

 

Really, there is not a lot of competition for the Venue 11 Pro right now. If you are looking for a business class tablet with a Core processor and proper accessories like a dock, there is the Dell Venue 11 Pro and the Microsoft Surface Pro 3. Both feature Ultrabook class components inside, but have different trade-offs, with the Surface Pro 3 having better performance and active cooling. That puts the Venue 11 Pro into a class of its own, with the fanless design of a Core M tablet. The starting price of just $699 undercuts the Surface Pro 3 Core i3 version by $150, which is not insignificant

Παιδιά συγνώμη αλλά αν ξέρει κάποιος ας με βοηθήσει....ξέρει κανένας αν τα τάμπλετ με Windows 8.1 έχουν την δυνατότητα να γίνονται Hotspot; Σκέφτομαι να αγοράσω, αλλά είναι για εμένα βασική προϋπόθεση να το κάνουν αυτό.

Έχω ψαχτεί αρκετά και στα λεφτά που θέλω να δώσω νομίζω ότι είναι πολύ καλή λύση το Pipo W6 3G.

Νομίζεις ότι είναι καλή επιλογή;

Πραγματικά έχω σοκαριστεί με την ευκολία και τα μη κολλήματα του Android.

Υπόψιν οτι ειναι εντελως διαφορετικα με τα wp.Ειναι PC σε tablet φορμα.

Τα κοινα με τα wp ειναι οτι ειναι σμουθ και οι μετρο εφαρμογες,ολα τα υπολοιπα ειναι εντελως αλλη λειτουργια και φιλοσοφια!

Acer is adding a few new models to its Aspire Switch family of 2-in-1 tablets. The new Acer Aspire Switch 11 features a metal exterior, an Intel Core M Broadwell processor, and a new keyboard dock with a sturdier hinge which Acer says should keep the computer from wobbling when you use it as a notebook.

Θα ηθελα να δω να αρχιζουν να επεκτεινουν τις επιλογες σε καθε μοντελο τους οσο αφορα τα specs!

Δλδ να εχουμε ενα asus t100 chi ή το Aspire Switch και το lenovo yoga 10 tablet, με επιλογες μεταξυ cherry trail και m-core,ram απο 2-8GB(αν γινεται και 16GB στους m-core) και επιλογη διαφορων πληκτρολογιων(απλα,με εξτρα μπαταρια ή με εξτρα σκληρο κ.ο.κ.)!

Ας βαζουν ελαχιστη μνημη τα 4gb και 64 gb αποθηκευτικο χωρο και θα εχουμε κανει σημαντικη προοδο!

Φήμες θέλουν το Surface Pro 4 να παρουσιάζεται στα μέσα του τρέχοντος μηνός σε ειδική εκδήλωση από την MS με πιό πιθανή ημερομηνία τις 20 Μαϊου.

Κάποια πιθανά χαρακτηριστικά:

Οθόνη 12 ιντσών, ανάλυσης 2160 x 1440 pixels.

Fanless σχεδιασμό με την θερμότητα της συσκευής να κυμαίνεται στα ίδια επίπεδα με το Surface Pro 3.

Επεξεργαστή 5ης γενιάς Intel (Broadwell) Core i-series CPU.

Το οτι κλείνουμε 1 έτος επέτειο απο την ανακοίνωση του Pro 3 ειναι ενα σημάδι οτι πιθανό να βγει ο διάδοχος.

Απο την αλλη ομως σε ολα τα προηγούμενα μοντέλα μεσολαβούσε 1 μήνα μονο μεταξυ ανακοίνωσης και κυκλοφοριας και σκεφτούμε οτι 100% θα βγει με τα 10ρια out of the box σημαίνει οτι η τελική εκδοςη των Windows θα ειναι έτοιμα τέλη Ιουνίου.

 

Θα ειναι ομως έτοιμα τα Windows;

Οπως και να εχει οςο πιο νωρίς κυκλοφορήσει τοςο μειώνονται οι πιθανότητες για Skylake που θα φέρουν πιο ουσιώδεις αλλαγές σε σχεςη με τους Broadwell.

 

Ενδιαφέρον θα ειναι να δούμε αν θα βγάλει Core M version η μονο Broadwell U σειρα.

Επιςης αν θα συμπεριλάβει USB C και αν θα ειναι μια μόνη θύρα η 2 η μαζί με USB 3.0;

 

Σε καθε περιπτωςη το μεγαλο άλμα έγινε απο το Pro 1/2 σε Pro 3 και απο εδω και πέρα θα βλέπουμε πολυ μικρότερες αλλαγές μιας και με το Pro 3 βρήκε το πιο ισορροπημένο form factor πάνω στο οποίο θα στηριχθεί και στα μελλοντικά μοντέλα.

 

Το θετικό οτι λογικά θα πέσει η τιμή του Pro 3 σε πιο προσιτά επίπεδα που θα αποτελέσει και πιο value for money προταςη στην high end κατηγορία.

At the moment, while there have been a number of rumors flying about, there is no clear word yet on what the device will precisely contain. Representing the best of what Microsoft can offer in a portable device, the Surface Pro is expected to maintain exacting standards of performance.

 

To this point, following the previous line, a new Surface Pro without a 'Skylake' chip inside would come as something of a surprise, and a large disappointment.

 

'Skylake' has been described as perhaps the most significant chip Intel has produced in the last decade.

 

With a quoted 60% increase in power efficiency and 50% better integrated graphics performance over Broadwell, it is hard to disagree. Skylake will also allow for a 35% improvement in battery life when viewing HD video, which ties in nicely with the other improvements that have been achieved in handling ever higher-resolution screens. And it is for this reason that the Surface Pro 4 would be the perfect device to showcase these improvements.

 

Based on the Skylake x86 architecture, the new chips will initially be available in 4 variants, "S", "H", "U" and "Y", along with an overclockable "K" chip. H, U and Y will be manufactured using BGA packaging, while S will be LGA. S will feature a LGA 1151 socket, and all will feature support for DDR3 and DDR4 RAM. The Surface Pro line represents the shape of what Microsoft wants the future of computing to be, where power does not have to be sacrificed for portability. As the likes of Apple are content to see their products fall back in terms of power, most recently seen with the new MacBook Air, the door is now open for others to push forwards. Microsoft has already leaned on Intel recently, using the new 'Cherry Trail' M-class chip in the Surface 3, this would merely be taking things a step further.

Η σειρα surface ειναι η πιο πολυδιαφημισμενη συσκευη σε 2in1 και ultrabook(SP3) και απο την στιγμη που η intel,φαινεται να θελει να κανει skip τους broadwell σ'αυτη την κατηγορια,το πιο φυσιολογικο να τρεξει να χωσει τη πιο δυνατη γραμμη των skylake U,που θα ειναι το καλυτερο μεσο για την διαφημιση των low voltage cpu της !

Δες ποσα review εχουμε για το surface 3,βασικα εχει γεμισει το ιντερνετ και το youtube,με τα περισσοτερα να δινουν αρκετη βαση στον intel X7 8700.

Σκεφτου ποσο συμαντικο ειναι για την intel,να μπει ο cpu που θελει να προοθησει αυτο το χρονο που ερχεται και αυτος ειναι ο skylake,στην σειρα surface(Surface Pro) που διαφημιζεται και προοριζεται για πιο εντονη και παραγωγικη χρηση και που εκει το 90% των reviews θα ασχοληθει κυριως με τις επιδωσεις και κατ'επεκταση με τους CPU&GPU!

Το να προλαβουν οι skylake το surface pro 4,ειναι το στοιχημα που θα πρεπει να κερδίσει πρωτίστως η Ιntel και οχι τοσο η MS!
