Λοιπόν, επειδή έχουν αναφερθεί διάφορα για το digivire, όπως πχ ότι δε δίνει απόδειξη, ότι δε στέλνει ευρωπαϊκό τηλέφωνο κλπ, παραθέτω το διάλογο που είχα μαζί τους στο ebay (διαβάζεται από κάτω προς τα πάνω). Σε συνδυασμό με το περιστατικό φίλου που λέει ότι ανταποκρίθηκαν αμέσως σε πρόβλημα της συσκευής του, θεωρώ ότι είναι αρκετά αξιόπιστοι. Σημειώνω ότι μου τόνισε πως δίνουν απόδειξη με ΙΜΕΙ κανονικά, και αν κάποιος αγόρασε από αυτούς και δεν πήρε απόδειξη με ΙΜΕΙ ζητάει συγγνώμη, και να τη ζητήσουν μέσω email στο site (όχι με chat) ή μέσω μηνύματος στο ebay:

The phones that are sourced by our suppliers are bought from many distributors over the world. As much as we try to buy European Models only (for warranty reasons), our suppliers do sometimes come across deals from the Asian market that are, price wise, better for our customers so we would like to pass on these great deals. I understand your point however that LG (Europe) in this case would not cover warranty if it is a Asian model phone, even though this does not affect the brilliant quality and features of the phone this can be quite frustrating if the customer would like to have this dealt with by themselves and from a local service repair centre. I can however tell you that we do deal with our warranty cases very quick and do try to minimize the time it takes for a phone to get repaired. My only option for you would be that if you really would like a European model, we can try to put in a request to have this sent to you, however it is not guaranteed so we would not like to make any promises on this.

Thank you for your reply. I trust you that the phone will work perfectly in Europe, given that it is the D802 model. I am not challenging you about this.
I do though have a follow-up question regarding the model. If you are shipping the European model, i.e. the model destined for distribution in EU countries, then according to EU law I can go to any LG service point within the EU to deal with warranty issues.
On the other hand, if you are distributing say the Asian model, although the phone will work in Europe, the European service points of LG won't cover my warranty and as you said I will have to send the phone to you to deal with any issues. This will however result in extra delays, as sending the phone to the UK (to you) and receiving it back will take an additional say week, during which I will be left without a phone (all this in case there is something faulty with the device, which is not probable, but I want to be certain what I am buying).
So could you please confirm the model you are distributing, by providing let's say the model number? For example, model number LGD802.A6DEBK is the German one.
I am not saying that I won't buy from you if the model is not European, given that you offer a very competitive price, but I want to have all the data before I make my decision.
The conversation in the community forum is in Greek, a link won't help you. I will though ask the persons involved to contact you through ebay to resolve this, as what they refer to happened via live chat through your website.
In short what they said was that the package they received did not include an invoice, and when they requested one through your live chat, your employees did only send something very quick and dirty, without an IMEI on it, and refused to send one with the IMEI printed on it, always pointing out (politely) that this isn't a problem because you will be dealing with any warranty issues yourselves and the customer does not need an invoice with IMEI anyway

Hi. I am interested in the LG G2 32GB. The question I have is about the model you are selling. Is this the European one, i.e. will the warranty be covered by LG's service points in Europe, or is it the Asian model, in which case I will have to send it back to you alone if anything goes wrong? Another question I have is regarding the receipt/invoice. Some people in community forums in Greece who have bought from you have claimed that no receipt came with the package, and you used some excuses not to give a receipt (e.g. system failure etc.). You state explicitly in your page that the receipt is proof of warranty. If I buy from you, I want a confirmation that I will receive a receipt which will have the IMEI of the device clearly written on it.
