The problem with the sudden opening screen solved with the upgrade. However the problem with the battery remains . The battery is not charging / discharging properly. Also yesterday the charger burned while charging the phone. At the point where the charger is connected to the cable , fire came and interrupted electricity at home . I bought two devices . I do not know if the second device has the same problems, because it is a gift for a friend and has not been used yet. Can you help me and tell me what should I do ? OMG, Newman N2's battery is so dangours, a little scare me:ninja: My advice to you if the battery still failed to work,we can send a new battery to you. As for the gift one,you can send back to us and pick other brand for your friend. Please send your detailed problems to customerservice@pandawill.com, my girl will help you ASAP.
