The FCC just approved a new Pocket PC Phone running on Windows Mobile 5 operating system; this time it is not manufactured by HTC but by another Taiwanese giant – Gigabyte. The phone is called XDA Stealth as it should be offered by O2 carrier. The Stealth is in slider form-factor and on its upper slider it has 2.4” QVGA touch-display, 5-way navigation key that also acts as music-navigator, ANSWER and REJECT and a couple of Windows-dedicated keys. On the inside, it offers all the functionality known from Windows Mobile PPC phones, with built-in miniUSB, Bluetooth and Wi-Fi (802.11b/g) and 2-megapixel camera with LED light. Eγώ είχα δει μια ασημί στο "Βράχο" στην καλαμαριά. Μου έκαναν μεγάλη εντύπωση τα φρένα!:shock:

Aπαράδεκτα υψηλές τιμές, όπως το λες. Σκεφτείτε οτι το Loox N560 που είναι αναμφίβολα πολύ καλύτερο εργαλείο (άσχετα με το qwerty) έχει 450 euros. To 9000 γιατί να έχει 800; Μιλάω με τιμές handit. Το keyboard και το τηλέφωνο ανεβάζουν τόσο την τιμή; Άλλωστε και το loox η HTC το κατεσκευάζει. Στην Ελλάδα φτάνει και ξεπερνά τα 1000, κανονικό κλέψιμο δηλαδή.

Yeap συμφωνώ, θα ήθελε λίγο παραπάνω για το ακουστικό, αλλά και πάλι δεν θα γινόταν ιδιαίτερα μεγάλο. Φαντάσου το κάτω μέρος του n311 στο ίδιο ύψος με του universal και θα καταλάβεις οτι η διαφορά είναι αρκετά μεγάλη. Για τόσο μεγάλες συσκευές, όμως, πιστεύω οτι η χρήση ενός hands-free είναι απαραίτητη. Είναι δύσκολο να μιλάς με αυτό το τούβλο στο χέρι και επίσης η οθόνη γεμίζει σημάδια όταν έρχεται σε επαφή με το πρόσωπο.

Στο link που σου έστειλα σε pm έχει την έκδοση που δε σου βγάζει το μύνημα με τους παλιούς χάρτες. Μπορείς να το χρησιμοποιείς χωρίς GPS και να βλέπεις τους χάρτες.

To μήκος του είναι αδικαιολόγητα μεγάλο, ανεξάρτητα από την οθόνη. Ακόμη και την ίδιου μεγέθους οθόνη να αφήσουν, μπορούν να "κόψουν" από πάνω. Επίσης άνετα μπορεί να είναι πιο λεπτό με την υπάρχουσα τεχνολογία. Δες για παράδειγμα το n311 με VGA οθόνη πόσο κομψό είναι... http://img92.imageshack.us/img92/9425/originalhq1.jpg

To άλλο καλοκαίρι δηλαδή; Δεν παίζει!:p Λογικά νωρίτερα, όπως λένε και οι πληροφορίες. Κάπου αρχές 2007 μάλλον θα το έχουμε. Πολλά μπορεί να προσφέρει μια νέα συσκευή που θα αντικαταστήσει το Universal. Καλύτερη CPU, μικρότερο μέγεθος, ενσωματωμένο GPS, μεγάλη εσωτερική μνήμη (όπως το Muse 4GB), καλύτερη κάμερα, Vga output που μάλλον έχει όπως λένε. Κι'αλλα θες;:D

Δεν νομίζω να μπορείς να διοργανώνεις events χρησιμοποιώντας την ονομασία του myphone. Λογικά είναι παράνομο, χωρίς την έγκριση του κατόχου.

Aν προέρχεται από i-go αυτές οι εντυπώσεις είναι λογικό να υπάρχουν.

Δυστυχώς δεν ξέρω κάποιο πρόγραμμα με το οποίο να μπορείς να δείς μέσω wifi αρχεία στο pc.:( Στον resco explorer ακόμη και στην τελευταία του έκδοση δεν καταφεραν να το ενσωματώσουν.

Το wifi companion το ζητάς ή το έχεις; Υπάρχει το wm5torage και το SOftkick Card Export II. Εγώ χρησιμοποιώ το δεύτερο. BW Ultra Clear Screen Protector για Qtek 9000

Aν μιλάμε για την ίδια, μια με μαύρα φανάρια πίσω και γενικά πολύ κακόγουστη, έχω να δηλώσω οτι είναι πολύ γύφτος αυτός που την κατάντησε έτσι!:p Να φανταστείτε είμαι στην κρήνη και είναι 10 μέτρα πίσω από ένα άλλο αυτοκίνητο και πήγαινε λίγο αργά για να δώσει μετά γκάζι (δηλαδή να τον ακούσουμε εμείς) και να φτάσει τον μπροστά και μετά πάλι τα ίδια... Μόνο supercar δεν είναι αυτή η καγκουριά!

Δεν έχει wifi. Ta Fujitsu siemens T800 έχουν GPS και wifi και το HTC Love που αναμένεται...

Καλά εδώ δεν ξέρουμε CPU, μνήμη, σχήμα, τίποτα σχεδόν και εσύ μας λές θα είναι το επόμενο PPC σου;:lol: Βέβαια μετά από αυτό, η ερώτηση για τιμή μου φαίνεται λογική!:elephant:

The follow up to the Universal, codenamed the 'HTC Omni', is set to offer a similar design, VGA support once again, and boosted connectivity with HSDPA support. The Intel processor is expected to make way for a Samsung unit (similar to that found in the HTC Hermes). From a form factor perspective, the HTC Omni will be slightly thinner than the Universal. Additional hardware buttons make an appearance, however an external LCD - a popular user request on the Universal - is not included in current designs. The device will ship late '06 / early '07 with at least Windows Mobile 5 AKU 3 as standard, which enables in the base OS a feature that is expected to be a unique selling point to the Omni... the facility to output to a projector! As the device is in early stages, much of the specification is still fluid... but it's sure to be a winner amongst existing Universal owners, who are understandably reluctant to give up their VGA screens!
