The initial release will be for OS 2.x, and support multiplayer over WiFi. A later release will be for 3.x only, and support bluetooth multiplayer. I looked into the possibility of 3G multiplayer, but the latencies just aren't good enough -- I see 380 or so pings from my phone to local servers. This was interesting, because I have talked to other hardware vendors that claim 3G latencies of half that. I'm not sure if there are issues with the iPhone, issues with AT&T's network in Dallas, or if the vendor was just mistaken about what they were getting. One anecdotal report is that iPhones work better in Japan than here, so it may be infrastructure.

Real Football 2009 MY REVIEW

Το Real Football 2009 αποτελεί την ποδοσφαιρική πρόταση για το iPhone/Ipod touch της Gameloft της βραβευμένης γαλλικής εταιρίας που μάλλον έχει προσφέρει τα περισσότερα και ποιοτικότερα παιχνίδια από όλες της υπόλοιπες εταιρείες στο iPhone, δημιουργός των Hero of sparta,Assasins creed και πολλών άλλων γαρ. Το παιχνίδι κυκλοφόρησε στης 8 Σεπτεμβρίου του 2008 για το iPhone και έπειτα για το Nintendo Ds και σε DSiware έκδοση καθώς και για αρκετά <<συμβατικά>> κινητά τηλέφωνα.

 

Γραφικά.

Ξεκινώντας από αυτό που είναι προφανές από την πρώτη στιγμή του παιχνιδιού τα γραφικά του τίτλου κρίνονται μάλλον ικανοποιητικά αν και τα pixels των ποδοσφαιριστών θα μπορούσαν να είναι λίιιιγο καλύτερα. Οι κερκίδες αποδίδονται άψογα και το γρασίδι το ίδιο. Επίσης καλύτεροι θα μπορούσαν να είναι οι πανηγυρισμοί των παιχτών που είναι πάντα οι ίδιοι και αυτό κάποτε καταντά εκνευριστικό.

 

 

Χειρισμός.

Ο χειρισμός δεν αποτελεί έκπληξη αν και μάλλον κανένας δεν θα μπορούσε να σκεφθεί κάποιον εναλλακτικό. Στην οθόνη κατά την διάρκεια του παιχνιδιού υπάρχουν δύο πλήκτρα το A και το B καθώς και βελάκια προς τέσσερις κατευθύνσεις. Το τελευταίο ακούγεται τραγικό αλλά στην πραγματικότητα είναι πολύ καλό καθώς τα βελάκια κυκλώνονται από έναν κύκλο που φυσικά <<κοιτάει>> προς όλες της κατευθύνσεις και έτσι ο παίχτης ακολουθεί την κατέυθυνση του κύκλου που αγγίζετε. Αυτό αποδεικνύεται σχεδόν τόσο λειτουργικό όσο ο αναλογικός μοχλός των χειριστηρίων των ασύρματων κονσόλων όπως του Sony Playstation 3 η του Microsoft Xbox 360 και του Nintendo Wii. Επίσης αποδεικνύεται αρκετά εύκολο αν και θα μπερδευτείτε αρκετές φορές μέχρι να το συνηθίσεται. Πατώντας το B η μπάλα πηγαίνει αυτόματα στον κοντινότερο παίχτη της ομάδας σας και φυσικά μπορείτε αγγίζοντας την κατεύθυνση που επιθυμείτε να στείλετε την μπάλα και σε έναν πολύ μακρινότερο παίχτη. Πατώντας το A εμφανίζεται μια μπάρα και ξαναπατώντας το A η μπάρα εξαφανίζεται και το σουτ εκτελείται, με την δύναμη να εξαρτάται από το πόσο αφήσατε την μπάρα να <<γεμίσει>>.

Roster/ήχος/επιλογές.

Ξεκινώντας από το δέυτερο ο ήχος αξιολογείται με άριστα καθώς κάνει αυτό που πρέπει να κάνει: να μεταφέρει την ατμόσφαιρα του παιχνιδιού και την ένταση. Και το κάνει πολύ καλά. Επίσης υπάρχουν διαφορετικά συνθήματα για όλες της ομάδες, δεν ξεχνιέται το <<Όλε όλε>> που ακούγεται για την Ελλάδα. Το roster παραδόξως περιλαμβάνει όλους του Έλληνες παίχτες της εθνικής σωστά γραμμένους. Οι εθνικές ομάδες που υπάρχουν είναι οι εξής: Γερμανίας, Πολωνίας,Αγγλίας,Σουηδίας,Σερβίας,Πορτογαλίας,Ιταλίας,Κροατίας,Γαλλίας,Σουηδίας,Ισπανίας,Ουκρανίας,Δανίας,Ελλάδος,Ιρλανδίας,Ρομανίας,Τουρκίας,Ισραήλ,Ρωσίας,Βελγίου,Φινλανδίας, και Σκωτίας. Δεν έγραψα της Europe b, Ασίας,Αμερικής,Αφρικής,Legends,Ασίας,Ομάδες Αγγλίας,Γαλλίας,Ισπανίας Others A και Others B....Οπότε καταλαβαίνετε πως το roster είναι ικανοποιητικό. Υπάρχουν Game modes για Κύπελλα, League(με την στέψη να είναι εξαιρετική) πέναλντυ,προπόνηση, τρόπαια και φυσικά exchibition. Μπορείς να ρυθμίσεις την διάρκεια των ματσ(απο 5 έως 15 λεπτά) την δυσκολία και επίσης αν θα είναι μέρα η νύχτα αν θα βρέχει η χιονίζει κ.α. Επίσης ρυθμίζεις πλήρως το σύστημα στρατηγικής. Για τους παίχτες υπάρχει ένα πλήρες σύστημα αξιολόγησης. Απο τα στατιστικά του παίχτη προκύπτει ένα ακέραιο συμπέρασμα όπως Power kicker, Good passer κ.α που φαίνεται κάτω από τα στατιστικά. Επίσης υπάρχει ένα multiplayer μέσω wi-fi που δυστυχώς δεν είμαστε σε θέση να δοκιμάσουμε.

 

Συνοψίζοντας το Real Football 2009 είναι πραγματικά το καλύτερο ποδοσφαιράκι που υπάρχει διαθέσιμο για το iPhone και το iPod touch(αναμένοντας το Fifa 10) με ικανοποιητικά γραφικά και εξαιρετικό ήχο, πολλές επιλογές και πρόκειται για ένα πλήρες αθλητικό παιχνίδι απαραίτητο σε όλους τους φίλαθλους του αθλήματος του ποδοσφαίρου που είναι ταυτοχρόνως κάτοχοι iPhone/iPod touch.
