Καλησπερα! Μετα απο πολυυυ καιρο αποφασισα να ξαναασχοληθω με τα flight simulators! Θυμαμαι πριν μερικα χρονια (οταν ηθελα να γινω ακομα πιλοτος - τα ματια μου βλεπετε με απογοητευσαν) ασχολιομουν στον υπολογιστη μονο με αυτα! Ειχα αγορασει αυθεντικο το flight simulator 200, combat flight simulator 2 & 3, falcon 4 και πολλα αλλα! Θυμαμαι ακομα otan ειχα αγορασει το joystick force feedback2, βασικα ακομα αυτο χρησιμοποιω!!! Μετα απο μια περιοδο οργης με αυτα ειπα να ξαναασχοληθω! Βασικα με ενδιαφερει αρκετα το online gaming. Θυμαμαι οταν ημουν με την 56 στο combat flight simulator 2 ημουν σε μια squadron αρκετα γνωστη με παγκοσμια εμβελια! Ειναι ευκολο να παιξει κανεις flight sim μεσω net αυτες τις μερες; Αν και μου αρεσουν αρκετα τα πολιτικα θα ηθελα να ασχοληθω και με flight sim δευτερου παγκοσμιου. Ποια προτεινεται για online gaming; Που εχει τον περισσοτερο κοσμο; Αν εχει ασχοληθει κανεις ας πει!

Λίγες λεπτομέρειες παραπάνω θα βοηθούσαν, ...για παράδειγμα, πόσα MB ήταν το ISO , ποιό παιχνίδι είναι , πότε στο βγάζει το error (στο setup ή όταν ξεκινάς το παιχνίδι) ! Άμα στο κάνει στο setup, τότε είναι χαλασμένο το iso ...γι'αυτό σε ρώτησα και πόσα MB είναι το παιχνίδι!

Άμα σου βγάζει το error , όταν πας να ξεκινήσεις το παιχνίδι τότε πρέπει να βάλεις το Cr__ck που υπάρχει περίπτωση να είναι και ήδη μέσα στο iso που κατέβασες!

Πάντως για να μήν " καίς " άδικα δισκάκια, χωρίς να ξέρεις αν δουλεύει ή οχι αυτό που κατέβασες... καλό θα είναι να τα κάνεις setup (mount) με το Daemon tools- κατευθευθείαν απο το σκληρό! Το μέγεθος ειναι 2,9GB και το πρόβλημα το κάνει μόλις πάω να ξεκινήσω το παιχνιδι και αφου εχω κανει την εγκατάσταση χωρίς πρόβλημα.

Άρα κατα 99% δέν έχεις βάλει το (σωστό) C_rack , μπές στο site που σου είπα και κατέβασε το! (Kάνεις replace το .exe του παιχνιδιού)

Το 1% που άφησα είναι για το σύστημά σου- κάρτα γραφικών ,cpu και ram! Mπορεί να μην το 'σηκώνει' το σύστημά σου, ειδικά αν ειναι καινούργιο το παιχνίδι και έχεις 'παλιό' σύστημα!! (αν δεν βρείς άκρη, πες μου το game που κατέβασες να σου βρώ λύση)

Μου φαινεται παντως πως ξεχασες να αναφερεις οτι το παιχνιδι που κατεβασες το εχεις ηδη αγορασει και απλα ηθελες να κανεις backup.. Μην ειμαστε και παρανομοι ;)

We recently had a chance to take an up-close look at Age of Pirates: Caribbean Tales, a pirate-themed role-playing game from the creator of the 2000 pirate-themed game Sea Dogs. Developer Akella is working with publishers Playlogic and Atari to create a colorful game that lets you play as a sea captain during the Age of Sail, trading goods, capturing ships, and eventually seizing control of the New World.

 

You'll play as a ship captain with various role-playing-game-style statistics, skills, and abilities, such as trading, fencing, and navigating, among others. You'll be able to hire a crew of officers (such as steersmen, cannoneers, and others) from various taverns, who can provide bonuses to your skills as long as you keep them on the payroll (running out of money and/or food while on the high seas is a good recipe for a messy mutiny, otherwise). Your own character will gain experience levels, or ranks, which net you more skill points to spend. And over time, you'll also increase your character's fame rating, which lets you access the tougher missions given by the governors of the various Caribbean islands.

 

As you might expect from a game about the Age of Sail, much of the game takes place at sea in a ship you'll control with your W, A, S, and D keys, as well as your mouse. These controls let you shift between half sail and full sail and steer the ship. Your vessel will be at the mercy of the elements (random storms may suck your ship in and damage it beyond repair), but you'll also be able to speed up or slow down time to travel longer distances. Though you'll start off with a small sloop, you'll work your way up to a man-of-war--a humongous capital ship with more than 100 firing cannons on board--and eventually, you'll command a small fleet of up to four ships.

 

Like in other pirate-themed games you may have played, this game will let you choose different types of ammunition to load into your cannons (such as grapeshot to target enemy crews or cannonballs to target the enemy ship's hull). You'll be able to board an enemy ship using your captain's boarding skills, then participate in a third-person, behind-the-back perspective melee battle between your captain and crew and the enemy crew. The on-foot combat seems simple and accessible--you have a few different types of sword slashes you can perform while using the W, A, S, and D keys on your keyboard; you can block incoming sword blows; and if you have time, you can pull out a flintlock pistol and fire on your enemies. Once you dispose of the crew, you'll then go into one-on-one combat with the enemy ship's captain in his quarters.

 

According to the game's story, you play as an orphan in search of your long-lost half-sibling, who possesses the other half of your deceased father's treasure map. Your primary goals in the game are to find the treasure and unite the New World under one standard--yours. While you may begin the game allied with various sovereign powers (including Spain, France, Holland, and England, along with miscellaneous factions like traders, pirates, and smugglers), you'll end up hostile to most of them, based on a reputation system (you may be neutral or a good matey to some factions, but you'll eventually be considered a wanted criminal for most).

 

Before you antagonize the settlements on other islands, you'll be able to walk freely on land and trade goods at the general store, repair and upgrade your current ships (and purchase new ones) at the shipyard, and gain missions and manpower at the tavern. After you antagonize them, you'll have to bombard ground settlements from sea to weaken ground defenses, then land with an on-foot contingent of buccaneers and face off against the guards with your sword. After you take control of a town, you'll be able to manage and upgrade it by using your ill-gotten gains to finance barracks, which create new guards that work for you, or initiate expeditions to look for gold and silver mines to keep your cash flowing.

 

Age of Pirates: Caribbean Tales has a bright and colorful look to its clean 3D graphics and a great deal of detail on its ships, particularly the various animations that show crew members bustling along the deck as you sail and preparing the main guns when you've ended up in battle. The game should let players live out the fantasy of being a fabulously wealthy sea-trading captain with a sword in one hand and a steering wheel in the other. Age of Pirates is scheduled for release later this year.

Desperate Housewives: The Game

LOS ANGELES--If you're a fan of the Desperate Housewives TV show, you might be interested in Buena Vista Games' new PC game of the same name. Broadly speaking, it combines the lifestyle characteristics of the The Sims

 

with the gameplay of a point-and-click adventure. The result is a trip through 12 "episodes" in which you solve various tasks whilst trying to maintain relationships with the various characters in the Lane.

 

You play as an entirely new character, a new housewife just moved onto the street, and the story--written by one of the TV program's script writers--is set completely outside of the events of any of the series' so far. In fact, you start out as if it's the beginning of season one, so if you've not seen the show, it won't be a disadvantage.

 

The main method of progression through the game is by talking to the other housewives and completing little tasks that may arise out of those conversations. For instance, early on you'll need to break into Bree's house to discover a secret that she's apparently hiding. You can choose not to do this, if you want to maintain your moral values, but your path through the rest of the episode may be more complex as a result.

 

The developer has gone to some trouble to make sure that, although there's apparently only one ending to the game, there are many different ways to get there, depending on who you're friendly with and who you're not. If you do fall foul with one of the housewives, you'll be able to repair your relationship, and your various skills will come into play here. One such skill is composure, which basically governs how well you can lie. In the demonstration we saw, the aforementioned house break-in went a little wrong, and Bree came home to find us still there. We were able to lie our way out of the situation by claiming we'd smelt gas, so we got away with it. A high composure rating helped.

 

Aside from the main plot tasks are a series of minigames based around the main features of the show. You'll need to eat, so there's a cooking minigame, and keeping up appearances is also important, as there's a gardening minigame, too. However, if you can't really be bothered, and you've enough cash, you could simply order a pizza or hire a gardener.

 

Money is important in other areas, as well. Your husband's job brings a certain amount of cash into the household, but you can supplement that in a number of ways. The weekly poker game might be one, but if your card game's no so hot, you could simply sneak into the other houses, steal something, and go sell it at the pawn shop. Then you can use the proceeds to fund a new hairstyle, or even a new wardrobe, and this might help in an even more dastardly venture--seducing another of the wives' husbands.

 

Although the game is played in a fairly small area (just Wisteria Lane and a shopping center), there looks to be plenty to do. Sadly, only the narrator of the TV show, Mary Alice, lends her voice to the game, so the rest of the voice acting is provided by sound-a-likes. We'll have more details on how the game plays out as soon as they become available.

Ειναι ενα αρκετα ενδιαφερον παιχνιδι το οποιο φαινεται να συνδυαζει με ιδιαιτερη απλοτητα και εξυπναδα δυο διαφορετικα στυλ παιχνιδιου -lifestyle sim και adventure- Δεν εχετε μονο στη διαχειρηση σας το σπιτι το οποιο θα πρεπει να συντηρησετε αλλα και να βγαλετε εις περας καποιες αποστολες που θα σας ανατειθεντε! πριν 2 μέρες προσπάθισα να κάνω εγκτάσταση το NFS Underground 1. εβαλα λοιπόν το 1ο CD και ξεκίνησα την εγκατάσταση. Όταν λοιπόν έφτασε στο 50% χωρίς απολύτος κανένα πρόβλημα εκεί κόλισε. ακριβός στο 50% και στο αρχείο speed.exe. εκεί είναι νομίζω που πρέπει να αλλάξεις CD αλλα τρώει τόσο μεγάλο κόλλημα που δεν μπορείς να το αλλάξεις. Τέλως πάντων μετά απο πολύ περίμενε το άλλαξα αλλα δεν έγινε τίποτα. (το CD το άλλαξα πριν μου βγάλει το παραθυράκι για να το αλλάξω). Ξέρει κανείς τίποτα?:cry: :cry: :cry:

Prison Tycoon 2: Maximum Security

I don't see what's so bad about this game. It's easy to learn, and fun. The AI is a little shaky here and there, but thats nothing that a quick patch can't fix, and for $20, you can't beat the price. The game is in-depth and I feel that people are judging this game waaaaaaay to harshly. I love to raise a huge prison, then build an big security center, then go into riot/lockdown mode and have all the guards beat the prisoners to death. I don't think this game was designed for the serious games. I think it was designed to be a fun, kill-the-time game. The game is o.k. on stability, I rarely have problems, but sometimes I do. This game is kind of like roller coaster tycoon, which was an awesome game.

We all know there is a tycoon for everything practically. From Airports, Casinos, Rollercoasters, Railroads, and pretty much everything else you can think of. The genre can be kept fresh with innovative new ideas and also by dropping the "tycoon" tag.

 

PT2 does none of the above. The graphics are just bad. While the geometry is nice and sleek for a tycoon game, the textures wrapped around it do it no justice.

 

The audio in the game is very bad. The ambient inmate crowd noises when walking in the yard or when a riot starts isn't bad, however, thats as good as it gets. The rest is bells, security "wah wahs", and mediocre sounds as you click a building in the prison yard.

 

The inmates themselves, while usually have their own agenda, have about 5 total "profile pictures" making every 5th or so man look exactly like the first in his profile panel.

 

Its a fun game though and I must give it credit, for about 10 minutes into the first "scenerio". The rest are more of the same. Add some goals and time restrictions and you have this (non)bargain-binned game to bore yourself to tears with.

 

This game idea does have potential though. Running a prison would be fun, if the right company got grasp of the idea and put some solid gameplay in.

Δυο διαφορετικες αποψεις απο δυο gamers. Δεν ξερω γιατι αλλα ακομα και πριν την κυκλοφορια του αυτο το παιχνιδι μου κινησε το ενδιαφερον. Ειμαι λατρεις των tycoon και ετσι δεν θα μπορουσα να μην δοκιμασω και αυτο. Σημερα το απεκτησα στα χερια μου και αυριο θα σας πω τις εντυπωσεις μου! Μεχρι τοτε απολαυστε τις φωτογραφιες!!

antonis_wrx το CD σκέφθηκα και εγώ και γι' αυτό το κατέβασα απο το ίντερνετ σε image και το έτρεξα αλλα παλι τα ίδια.

Candlemass δεν έπιασε αυτο που μου είπες, επίσης πρόσεξα πως και η εφαρμογή της εγκατάστασης έχει 100% CPU.
