    Καλημέρα.

    Έχει κανείς άλλος πρόβλημα με το GPS;

    Εμένα παρουσιάζει τη συμπεριφορά που περιγράφει κάποιος στο παρακάτω thread.

     

    the GPS signal apparently works correctly, because google maps localizes without problems my position, for example, in my home. But the problem appears when you want to use the umi as gps navigator, walking around the city or in the car. As you said, the signal of GPS starts to jump around 20 - 50 meters where you are, and it means a significant risk when you are driving.

    Δεν ξέρω αν κανείς άλλος έχει προσπαθήσει να συνδέσει hands free στο jack, αλλά σε εμένα ενώ ακούω και με ακούει ο συνομιλητής, ο ήχος κλήσης δεν ακούγεται από το ηχείο του κινητού αλλά πάει και αυτός στο ακουστικό του hands free.

    Επιπλεόν, δεν εμφανίζεται κάποιο εικονίδιο στη notification bar ότι έχουν συνδεθεί ακουστικά.

     

    Μίλησα με το online support, αλλά δεν έβγαλα άκρη:

    Lefteris: I am an owner of a moto g and I have already used 2 hands free earphones and the problem is that when someone calls me the ringtone is not heard fron the speaker but from the earphones.

    Lefteris: It seems all the audio is transferred to the hands free, which it shouldn't.

    Charie: Is this a blue tooth device?

    Lefteris: No, they are cable hands free earphones connected to the jack.

    Charie: To clarify things, The earphones that you are using is plugged into the jack of the device. Correct>

    Lefteris: yes, correct.

    Charie: When you try to unplug the ear phones out of the jack, Do you hear a ring on the earpiece of the device?

    Lefteris: No, nothing.

    Charie: Since the time that you have received the device was it already like that?

    Charie: Where did you purchase the phone Lefteris?

    Lefteris: Yes, from the beginning. I bought it from a shop in Greece. Also, there is no earphones icon on the notification bar, but I do not know if it should display any icon.

    Charie: I have researched again here in using my other tool and a moto g device should have a small icon of an earphone showing.

    Lefteris: So, it seems the phone is not recognizing the hands free devices.

    Charie: I really would love to help you out with the process Lefteris so that we would be able to process an exchange for the phone but Motorola US only ships out through the states here and not outside of the country. Although we have a web site and customer support hotline which i have gotten for you so that they would be able to help you out and give advise to what should be done for the phone that you have bought in the store.

    Charie: There should be no defects on the device that you have received because it is brand new and it should recognize the earphones you are using once it has been plugged in.

    Charie: Another thing would be you should hear the ring when there is nothing plugged on the device.

    Έχει δοκιμάσει κανείς hands-free;

    Σε μένα, όταν είναι συνδεδεμένο και με καλούν, ο ήχος κλήσης δεν ακούγεται από το μεγάφωνο αλλά από τα ακουστικά.

     

    Δεν το έχω ξαναδεί αυτό σε τηλέφωνο...

    Ενημερωτικά, στο χαρτί "Αναφορά Βλάβης" που μου έδωσαν, γράφει "ΟΧΙ εργοστασιακή εγγύηση".

    Πήρα το επίσημο ZTE service και, πράγματι, η Cosmote δε στέλνει σε αυτούς τα κινητά. Ψάχνοτας έμαθα ότι πάνε στον Άγιο Στέφανο, στο Γερμανό.

    Το κινητό το έδωσα για service στις 26/08 και σήμερα κατάφερα να βρω ένα τηλέφωνο στον Άγιο Στέφανο για να δω γιατί καθυστερεί τόσο πολύ και μου απάντησαν ότι έχουν αντικαστασήσει την πλακέτα και το έχουν στείλει στο κατάστημα από 04/09.

    SMS ειδοποίησης δεν έλαβα ποτέ, οπότε το κινητό ήταν στο ράφι του καταστήματος για 15 ημέρες.

    Το GPS τώρα δουλεύει μια χαρά.

     

    Συμπερασματικά:

    1. Όσοι έχουν πρόβλημα με το GPS, και από ό,τι κατάλαβα είναι αρκετοί, αν θέλουν, το στέλνουν για service. Φαίνεται ότι είναι hardware πρόβλημα.

    2. Δεν πάνε τα ZTE της Cosmote στο επισημο service.

    3. Μην επαναπαυτείτε ότι θα λάβετε SMS ειδοποίησης, μπορεί το κινητό σας να είναι ήδη στο μαγαζί.

    Εγώ ποτέ δεν την πάλεψα με το gps. Εσείς ποιο πρόγραμμα έχετε κατεβάσει; Δοκίμασα το navigon που μου έχουν πει ότι είναι το καλύτερο αλλά το κινητάκι δεν μπόρεσε να βρει σήμα ποτέ..Η αλήθεια είναι ότι δε δοκίμασα ποτέ να το κλείσω και να το ξανανοίξω το κινητό μπας και έβρισκε σήμα αλλά δε νομίζω να φταίει αυτό..

     

    Σήμερα, και εμένα σταμάτησε να δουλεύει το GPS, δε βρίσκει τους δορυφόρους.

    Reboot, βγάλσιμο μπαταρίας δε λύνουν το πρόβλημα.

     

    Update:

    To GPS για 2 μέρες δεν μπορούσε να κλειδώσει τη θέση.

    Δούλεψε μια φορά και μετά νέκρωσε εντελώς.

    Το έστειλα για service.

    Εγώ ποτέ δεν την πάλεψα με το gps. Εσείς ποιο πρόγραμμα έχετε κατεβάσει; Δοκίμασα το navigon που μου έχουν πει ότι είναι το καλύτερο αλλά το κινητάκι δεν μπόρεσε να βρει σήμα ποτέ..Η αλήθεια είναι ότι δε δοκίμασα ποτέ να το κλείσω και να το ξανανοίξω το κινητό μπας και έβρισκε σήμα αλλά δε νομίζω να φταίει αυτό..

     

    Εμένα μετά το update δε μου ξαναεμφανίστηκε πρόβλημα στο GPS, αν και δεν το χρησιμοποίησα πολύ.

    Για γρήγορο κλείδωμα, χρησιμοποιώ το GPS Status & Toolbox, που κατεβάζει ephemeris data.

    Για navigation έχω αρχίσει να χρησιμοποιώ πλέον το google maps με offline cached maps, που μου φαίνεται πολύ καλό.
