Όταν λες αναμενόμενο τι εννοείς?? Σχετικά με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών ή για την ποιότητα των προϊόντων του e-shop? Πάντως, ειναι αλήθεια ότι και να ψωνίζεις απο το καλύτερο μαγαζι, εαν δεν εχεις καλη εξυπηρετηση απο ενα υπάλληλο, ειναι πολυ πιθανο να μην ξαναπας στο μαγαζι αυτο.
