Dear to2c my order number is ........ umi zero I did it 16 of February.
I want to ask if I will have problems with the battery and the software because
many greek people have problems!I am really disappointed.And I saw in umi official before 3 days
(Especially those who have misfortune to receive the device that battery had been swollen. We are deeply apologize to you and offering you two options to solve this problem.
1. Contact the retailer where you purchase the device, describe them your problem and ask them for the replacement or, if you wish, refund.
2. Contact the retailer and request for the spare battery and back cover (Battery Repair Kit). They must provide you with this details for free. You can replace it yourself. It’s very simple. You can find manual via the following links https://yadi.sk/i/UvidaNKVezKzL or http://1drv.ms/1BQJqbG Don’t forget to mention that it was UMI’s advise and we will provide them with all the details that necessary. Because sometimes vendor’s customer support doesn’t know about that solution.

My dear , if so the battery with umi zero , we will try our best to ask the umi factory for replacing an new for all customers .
But before you shipped to us , could you take a video for your phone of the battery including each angle of view ?
So that we could know more clearly about it .
Do your phone just have problems with the battery ? do you have any other issues .

Sorry maybe I was not clear.I dont have the phone yet but I want to know if my phone belong to problematic batch!! Or all the phone have ploblematic battery??

there just has one batch for UMI zero phone with bad battery .
