ael1964 Δημοσιεύτηκε December 11, 2006 Κοινοποίηση Δημοσιεύτηκε December 11, 2006 Έχω την μητρική GA-7N400PRO2 rev 2 και σήμερα άλλαξα CPU, είχα έναν ATHLON 2400 XP με ψύκτρα της AMD και έβαλα έναν 3200 ΧP με την ψύκτρα TR2 M3 SE ( http://www.tr2tt.com/products/coolers/m3se.htm ). Πρίν αλλάξω CPU και ψύκτρα η θερμοκρασία της CPU δεν ξεπερνούσε τους 55-58 βαθμούς κελσίου, ενώ τώρα η θερμοκρασία μετά την αλλαγή της CPU φτάνει τους 67 - 70 βαθμούς κελσίου και είναι χειμώνας. Φοβάμαι το καλοκαίρι μήπως ανέβει πολύ περισσότερο. Το κουτί έχει 3 ανεμιστηράκια και αερίζεται επαρκώς, είναι αρκετά μεγάλο σε μήκος, χρησιμοποιείται άνετα και σαν Server.... The GA 7N400's read off the internal diode, which can be as high as 15°c higher than a socket temp. As a matter of fact, hidden in the bios menu under hardware monitor is a second CPU temp, which is the socket temp. Around the second bios release Gig switched from socket temp to diode temp. If you do a search here on your board and temps, you'll see many posts complaining of your same problem. I contacted gigabyte about this, and the reply I recieved was, "that is normal". Later while doing a bios mod, I noticed the second hidden temp in modbin. A moderator here, TLH, has the same board, he has had it for a couple years now with a fake 3200+ (remarked 2500+) and has had it running at 100% load while folding 24/7 with higher temps than yours, and 0 problems.
