i am extremely sorry regarding this situation.
1.about customs problem
This year 2016 ,parcels to Greece,seems always appear this or that kind of delay or lost or customs problem...
I heared the Greek customs rules changed,it is not like the past,in the past,never have customer paid tax.
But Greek customs check parcels by random now.
For SG POST,about 15% customers paid tax.
For NL POST,Many parcels don't move after it show on the way to Greece,similar as your order 1XXXXXXXXX
maybe the nl post parcels had destroyed or abandoned or just delayed (...μου ανάφέρει 15 τρακινγκ ναμπερς...)
such as them.parcels to other countries have no problem.
from June to November,no parcel lost ,no parcel stop by customs.
if it still don't move after one week later,pls open paypal dispute to ask full refund.

Λέτε να της προτινω να μου το ξαναστείλει από ευρωπαϊκή αποθήκη μετά το πέρας της εβδομάδας(προφανώς χωρις να το ξαναπληρωσω)αντί να πάω για refund και να μπλεξω με paypal? Παίζει να το δεχτεί?
