Proplem with my phone.

Good afternoon my order is #100023130.i bought two phones the onevis ok but the other worked for two or three hours and then thr phone switced off and never open again.I tryied to switch between the two same phones the battery but still nothing happened.i tried to change official rom but the phone is dead and i tried without battery.i did it with sp flash tool.the phone does not work.
