Εννοείται ότι τους έγραψα ότι θέλω να πληρώσω τα μεταφορικά και να το στείλω να το φτιάξουν ακόμα και με κόστος και δεν δέχτηκαν. Συνέχισαν να μου προτείνουν να μου κάνουν έκπτωση...10 δολάρια...αστα...

Σχετικά με την εγγύηση εγώ έπαθα το εξής με το Geekbuying. Αγόρασα πέρσι τον Δεκέμβριο ένα tablet a Pipo M6-3G WCDMA (εκ'εινη την εποχή ήταν HOT προϊόν). Κάπου μέσα στο καλοκαίρι το tablet "τα παιξε". Έψαξα να δω τι μπορώ να κάνω εδώ Ελλάδα αλλά δεν κατάφερα κάτι μόνος μου και απευθύνθηκα στην εταιρία. Κάπου τον Σεπτέμβριο αφού έιχα ζητήσει να τους στείλω το Tablet για επισκευή μια και είναι ακόμα στην εγγύηση πήρα την εξής αμίμητη απάντηση: hi，dear thanks for your reply it is sorry to hear that about your issue, we get the latest news from factory now this device has been stooped the production ,there are lacking of the components to fix it now probably it will take long time to fix it we checked that you have got it near for 1 year , according to our policy : http://www.geekbuying.com/help/customer_service/return_policy 5. Δηλαδή όταν το αγοράσαμε είχε εγγύηση 12 μήνες μετά έγινε 6-12 μήνες?!!!!! Το χειρότερο..αφού είπα ΟΚ ας πάρω ένα καινούργιο αλλά με ΓΕΝΝΑΙΑ έκπτωση μια και είχα σκάσει πάνω αό 200€ να πάρω ένα tablet που κρατάει 6 μήνες και τι μου είπαν; Μου έδωσαν εκπτωση 5 δολλάρια!!!! όταν διαμαρτυρήθηκα μου έστειλαν την παρακάτω απάντηση με την οποία ακόμα γελάω (κλαιω) hi,dear good morning 1.about this tablet 329729 it costs around 220 usd before , now it has been reduced to the lowest discount price 204.69 usd already here we try our best to apply for more 8 usd from our manager , you just need to pay 196.69 usd to it and we have not got any profit from it hoping you understand 2.326326 here we make our effort to apply for more 5 usd , then total 15usd discount , you just need to pay 137.69 usd hoping you could accept it best wishes yilia Απατεώνες. by the way αν κάποιος αναλαμβάνει να διορθώσει το tablet μου παρακαλώ να μου στείλει pm. Hello I have send to your customer care the following email today, do you have to propose me something else? Dear sir/madame I have purchased a Pipo M6-3G WCDMA with the Order Number: #3062085. The tablet now has a problem with one of its speakers which makes an annoying noise and I can’t use the audio at all!. Can you please help me on how I can solve it? Please take on account that if I have to send it back to you to repair it and send it to me it will take about two months which is way too much. Is there another way to do it? For example to send me a new set of speakers and directions on how I can change it my self? Also I would like to complain that the wifi receiver of this tablet is very poor. Do you have any solution to solve this problem also? Thank you

I have ordered the polo m6 3g along with some other items on 11\7 but it is still shown as processing...is there a problem with availability of the tablet? Also while my order is in processing status the price of the tablet dropped which is very annoying! Please inform us if the tablet will be available soon! Thanks Order #3062085
