    When I connect it to hdmi the TV gives a message "is not supported".

    I used bigger power supply ...nothing.

    I connect it to pc ....nothing happens.

    My tablet pipo m9 suddenly stopped working when downloading a game :( . Send photographs of the screen. When I connect tablet to my computer sees that linked new hardware but can not install the drivers. I use drivers rockusb for xp. reset button don't fix the problem. I want to send back the tablet for repair or replacement. How should the package and in witch addres i must send it? I bought it from geekbuying, order number 3054470
