I am having the following two problems with ipadalternative.com
Order ID #002007:
I purchased a PiPo M3 3G Tablet, but what was sent me to was a PiPo M3 WiFi, I immediately called them and told them what has happened.
They provided me 2 options, to either send back the M3 WiFi or to get the price difference as a refund.
I chose the second option as it takes 1+ months to send something to China.
But ever since I have not yet received any refund, the difference is €48, and I do not understand the reason why this is being delayed.
Order ID #001865:
I purchased a Cube U30GT, and when it came there was a problem with the power button, I called them and they provided me with instructions on how to send back the tablet, I sent it back they received the tablet and I got informed that they will send me a replacement due to warranty, but it has been more than 3 months now, recently they mentioned that they have sent the tablet and I asked for a tracking number but they did not provide me any, I contacted them again and they mentioned that the postal service lost the tablet they sent and they will send a new one and will provide me the tracking number the day after, well it has been a week since my last contact with them and I have yet to see any tracking number.
As a representative of ipadalternative I would like to request for you to assist me with this.
