Πρόβλημα με Proxy για Firefox

Όταν προσπαθώ να κατεβάσω ένα μικρό προγραμματάκι μου βγάζει το εξής μύνημα:

Πως μπορεί να λυθεί;

Υπάρχει πιθανότατα να μ' έχουν κλείσει με κάποιο proxy πρόγραμμα και πως μπορώ να το ξεπεράσω;
