Dear Ioannis,
Thank you for your mail.
Unfortunately we have not done a lot of testing in this area, the only thing we
can say is that if the device, mentioned in your mail, supports the following
then it should be able to be used with our Bluetooth headsets:
- Bluetooth profile version 1.1.
- Headset or Handsfree profile (Handsfree profile requires a JABRA BT200
headset with enhanced software)
- Bluetooth DATA and VOICE enabled
This only provides you with that basic technology to communicate between the
JABRA headset and your device, it does not, however, guarantee that you can
control the device from the headset, in other words you would need to control
the media player from your device. You will probably need to change the playback
to Bluetooth audio.
Tip:
To remove the tone melody, tap on the upper button on the unit very briefly and
the beep will stop and playback can be heard through the headset.
On a computer, using windows XP, the audio device automatically changes playback
via Bluetooth when the headset is connected and resets to the hardware default
when disconnected, so there is no need to change it manually.
In additon we believe that your Bluetooth device requires driver version of
1.4.2.0 or above.
We kindly ask you to visit your local PC/PDA/Laptop supplier for detailed info
on exact specifications on the above.
We hope this mail answers some of your questions.
We would be happy to answer any future questions you may have about our
products, so
please do not hesitate to contact us again.
