Thank you for the picture, and apologies for this issue! Our G2 Ghost is designed to compensate for the curve of the device, and should not be demonstrating this issue. The cut of our glass is unique in that it covers more of the G2 screen than any other clear glass protection currently offered on the market. And while our Ghost Glass design works for a majority of G2 devices, once in a while, depending on the specific factory or build number for the G2 (G2 screens are manufactured from multiple locations around the world) a difference of a fraction of a mm in screen curvature may cause issues with the glass that we cut. This looks to be the issue in this case, judging from the slight lifting around the edges of the device.
We will of course, be issuing you a complete refund for your purchase. You should be receiving an email confirmation for this refund within 24 hours. Since the glass is unusable, a return to us will not be necessary and the glass can be discarded. As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to send us an email!

Οντως το ποσο επιστραφηκε στο ακεραιο στην κάρτα μου. Προς τιμην τους
νομιζω τα παραπάνω. Παντως το προστατευτικο δε το εβγαλα και ας ειναι ετσι
γυρω γυρω. Η αισθηση που έχει σε σχεση με την πλαστικη μεμβρανη που ειχα
πριν ειναι αλλου και καθοτι οταν η οθονη ειναι αναμμενη δε φαινεται το "ξεκολλημενο"
περιθωριο δεν με ενοχλει ιδιαιτερα.
