Dear Customer,
Thank you for your recent enquiry to the approved Mitsubishi Customer
Service.
This is a normal behaviour, indeed the coding used by the network limits
the SMS up to 70 characters.
This product has been designed according a Cosmote specification. This
specification requested to code SMS with USC2 code.
Without entering too deeply in the details, this code enables the end
user to have a larger choice of characters but this code is also
limiting the sms\' size to 70 characters.
We understand it can bother you; nevertheless, we were requested to do so.
As a consequence, if you want to complain of this option, I suggest you
to send your remarks to Cosmote.
