On 17/04/2017 you told me:

you informed me that it was shipped on 20/04/2017,
you gave me the tracking No. RS*********NL which shows:

2017-04-28 14:18:00The item is at the PostNL sorting center
2017-04-29 07:54:00The item is on transport to the country of destination

2017-05-01 12:51:00The item has arrived in the country of destination
On 19/5/2017 i asked you to track my item and you answered
"....We shipped on date 5/01 . Therefore your delivery deadline will expire on Date 7/01 .
Once we receive all details above, we will offer you the right resolution for your case on this date...."
I think you are trying to cheat me and I want a full refund if I dont receive the item before friday 26/05/2017.
