Jon,
I have contacted Nokia and Vodafone technical, it would appear that Vodafone bagged E65 will not work with any VOIP carrier, as the Vodafone version of the software on E65 will divert all VOIP calls what the default access point it will always try and use Vodafone cellular network.
Solution:
This weekend my local Nokia service centre will be re-programming my mobile to the standard Nokia E65 software for £29, so I will let know if this works.
