Καποιος...θα μου για το προβλημα μου τι να κανω; Γνωριζει;

Ενα update δε σωνει τη κατασταση;

Kαντο ενα φορματ και θα στροση ειναι μιση ωρα δουλια οσο για της επαφες σου και την σημειωσεις απο το ημερολογιο υπαρχουν προγραμματα που μπορεις να τα παρεις και να τα ξαναπερασεις μετα ξανα ;)

Παντως σε λιγο καιρο θα ειναι απαραιτητη η αναβαθμιση διοτι εχεις μια αρκετα παλια εκδοση. Οποτε καντο μια αναβαθμιση τωρα, σωζοντας επαφες, ημερολογιο και σημειωσεις. Τις ρυθμισεις τις ξανακανεις παλι εσυ.. Δεν νομιζω οτι ειναι και δυσκολο.. ;)

Μονιμα εχω εγκατεστημενο το Disinfect v 1.00 το οποιο ελεγχει συνεχως για Commwarrior.Και δεν βλεπω και επιβαρυνση στο κινητο.Κανε μια δοκιμη και με αυτο και βλεπουμε παλι...

Βαλε το McΑfee Mοbile θα το σβησει σιγουρα, οτι υπολειματα εχουν μεινει, 100%! Πριν κανεις φορματ δοκιμασε το.

Πηγενε στο φακελο system με ενα fileman στο C η στο Ε αναλογος που το ειχες κανει εγκατασταση μετα βρες και σβησε ολοκληρο το φακελο του f-secure :)

καλημέρα έχω το nokia ngage το παλιό και καταλάθος κόλλησα τον ιο caribe δυστυχώς όμως δεν έχω το καλώδιο σύνδεσης(ngage-pc) υπάρχει κάποιος τρόπος να το φτιάξω η να βρω το καλώδιο????

Viver virus usually is disguised as a useful application for your Symbian smartphone, e.g. photoeditor, video codec collection, etc; . The infected programs are then placed on the popular mobile software download sites.

 

As soon as you have downloaded and installed the application, virus gets activated and starts sending SMS messages to the premium mobile number, rented by the perpetrator.

 

Premium SMS numbers are usually rented by mobile operator to various service companies and are used for legal purposes, e.g. payment for ringtones and other services. The cost of a single SMS can be anywhere between $1 and $10, with the fee being split 50/50 between mobile operator and service provider.

 

A single number may be rented to separate service providers, with the fee calculated according to the prefix in the incoming SMS. E.g. a message with a prefix “RT” can generate income for ringtones vendor, while the message with prefix “Vi” can be for the virus author.

 

So far the spread of Viper and similar viruses have been limited mainly to Russia and other countries with “specific” legal systems and the widespread culture of “free” software, but it’s only a matter of time before they will find a way into a wider world.

γεια χαρα παιδες..χρονια πολλα κιολας καλες γιορτες και ολα τα σχετικα..κολισα τον commwarrior εκανα καποιες κινησες εσβισα τα .exe και οτι αλλο ειχε..απλα αν μπορει να δοσει καποιος κανα λινκ με καποιο αντιβιοτικο που να ειναι free η "πειραγμενο" θα βοηθουσε για καθε ενδεχομενο...

New worm targets S60 2nd Edition phones

We have been working on an interesting Symbian worm over the last few days. It affects S60 2nd Edition phones.

 

The SymbOS/Beselo family of worms is very similar to Commwarrior. In fact at first we actually misidentified Beselo.A as Commwarrior.Y. Like Commwarrior, Beselo worms spread via MMS and Bluetooth using social engineering to trick users into installing an incoming SIS application installation file.

 

But what makes Beselo interesting is that instead of a standard SIS extension the Beselo family uses common media file extensions. This leads the recipient believe that he is receiving a picture or sound file instead of Symbian application. He is then far more likely to answer "yes" to any questions the phone prompts after clicking on such an incoming file.

 

The filenames used by Beselo are beauty.jpg, sex.mp3, and love.rm.

However, just this use of a new social engineering trick was not enough to get more attention from us; we added Beselo.A as Commwarrior.Y back in December. But last Friday and over the weekend a friend working for a major telecom operator became interested in the extensions and did a bit of investigation into what was going on.

 

It turns out that Beselo.A was in the wild on their MMS network and that it had a big brother, Beselo.B.

 

Both of these worms have been able to escape attention for at least a while with the simple trick of pretending to be common media files.

 

So if you have a Symbian S60 phone, and you receive a media file, answer "no" to any installation prompt that appears when trying to open the file. There is no reason for any image file to ask installation questions on the Symbian platform, so any image or sound file that does something else than play immediately is without question something else than it claims to be.

 

Beselo worms are compiled for S60 2nd Edition phones. Attempting to open the file on a 3rd Edition phone will likely cause an error message rather than an installation prompt.
