εγώ δεν το πιστεύω ούτε με τη δεύτερη ματιά :p

ετσι το πήρα στο paint και εβαλα τα 2 κουτάκια διπλα δίπλα και είδα ότι έχουν δίκιο :p

ΑΠΙΣΤΕΥΤΟ! rigasnic, πράγματι το Paint έκανε το θαύμα του... αν κόψεις ένα κομμάτι από το Β και μετακινήσεις στο Α το βλέπεις... Τρελό!

Θεωριτικα, το μυαλο "βλεπει" την σκια και συμπερενει

οτι στιν ιδια πρακτικη αποχροση, θα επρεπε να ειναι ενα πιο ανοιχτο χρωμα

στον ιδιο φωτισμο...

The reason the two regions look different even though they are the same color is because of lateral inhibition. It's the way your visual system does edge detection. The photoreceptors in your eyes are wired together in such a way that the input to one receptor affects the nearby receptors because it affects how much one photoreceptor inhibits the ones around it. Essentially, an object's surrounding affect how your perceive it.

Because square B is surrounded by darker squares as well as the shadow from the pillar, the input to the eyes from square B is inhibited less. This is why it appears to be white. However, square A is surrounded by lighter squares and since that causes the signals from square A to be inhibited more which is why they appear to be darker.

And when _leech_ blacks out everything except the two squares, the visual signals are both inhibited the same amount, which is why they now appear to be the same.

Αν ειναι οπως τα λετε , τοτε δεν ειναι κανονικη σκακιερα .Στην σκακιερα τα διαγωνια τετραγωνα ειναι το ιδιο χρωμα.Σε σκακιστικους ορους : αν στο Α ειχαμε εναν Αξιωματικο δεν θα μπορουσε να βρεθει στο Β,Αν ομως ειχαμε στο Α ενα Αλογο τοτε μετακινιοταν στο Β.Νομιζω δηλαδη :confused:

To A einai anoixto xrwma pou dinei entipwsh oti to kouti tou A einai pio skouro, enw to B einai skouro pou kanei to kouti na fenete pio anoixto apo oti einai. An htan kai ta duo grammata h idia apoxrwsh 8a htan pio eukolo na to deis. Dokimaste na kalipsete ta grammata kai 8a deite oti fenonte pio omoia ta tetragwna.

Δεν ξέρω, ίσως το θέμα να έχει να κάνει πιο πολύ με το ίδιο μας το μάτι παρά με αυτό καθαυτό το σχέδιο...

Τελικά είναι αυτό που είπε ο nhp1023 και η λύση στα αγγλικά (το ίδιο πράγμα δηλαδή...
